Pizza Hut

I haven’t eaten at Pizza Hut in many years and now I know why. I thought I would give it another try to get a pizza that was worse than any frozen pizza I’ve ever bought at the grocery store. It was dry and over cooked with little to no toppings. There was such little cheese I didn’t think there was any actually on it. How is this place still in business? Never in my lifetime will I spend my hard earned money for another. Wouldn’t recommend neither

My order came with more than half the items missing. The app allowed me to order items that were not on the menu at the store anymore, then when the store called to ask me if I wanted to substitute I found out items that were NOT on the app available to order (breadsticks) were actually available. Then the substituted items were not included in my order nor were many of the other items that were on the original order. Very disappointed. The manager was trying to be helpful and only offered to refund the materials that were not sent. No other thought or consideration for the complete inconvenience and the acknowledgment of the mistake. I understand it was busy and a Friday night but...totally unacceptable. And it was a long time for the order to arrive.

I was disappointed in the quality of my pizza. I have not been to Pizza Hut in a while and decided to try it again. My Supreme pizza simply was not as good as other pizzas that I typically purchase. Papa Johns is much better quality.....Sorry for the bad review, but I think you need to upgrade the quality of your pizza.

I had delivery and everything was better than is has been in some time from this store. The delivery driver was curious and friendly and the packaging was great. To receive a Strongly Agree rating from me will probably take a few more visits/deliveries to show real improvement in this store. But it looks like it is getting better.
