Arby's

Due to them being short of staff their dinning room was closed. Being that we has taken a cab to Arby's wanting to try there new burger sandwich. Only finding out after our cab pulled away that we needed to use there drive through to place our order. After walking to the door seeing the sign. God bless April one of the staff members that saw us get out the cab, she came to the door and knowing it was impossible for us to got through the drive through let us stand inside the door out of the heat and she took our order with a smile while apologizing about their dinning area was closed. Hats off to "APRIL" @ ARBY'S on North Main in High Point NC. 🥰🥰🥰❣❣❣😇😇😇😇

Drive thru took forEVER. I kept asking if I should pull up so the people behind me could get their shakes that had been sitting there since before I got to the window, but the employee said no because he didn't want to "waste the time" it would take to walk to the door I would be parked near. He kept telling me personal details about his check and overtime hours and was hard to understand because his speech was slurred. Waited at LEAST 15 minutes and he kept asking me what I ordered so I repeated it to him at least three times and still when I got home we were missing items. We spent nearly $50 on 4 meals and a side. They HAD to be short staffed. Or maybe they hadn't butchered the cow yet? Had I known I would have to wait for THAT part, I would have gone somewhere else. I try to be patient because I get a break from cooking but I won't go to that one ever again.

Always bit or miss with Arby's, never enough of something, like cheese on the classic beef & cheddar, or actually curly fries not just curved hard potato toothpicks. The need to bring back the triple berry sauce! I'm always excited for my food but disappointed once I get to enjoy it. They do have the best mozzarella sticks in Kernersville though, that's why it's 3 stars not 2.

so the drive thru lady is sweet but who ever is on the intercom needs some training bad. maybe if she would listen instead of interrupting you!! on what size your meal is when your still trying to tell her!!! just maybe but that's a hard maybe ... she would get the order correct. wrong order completely and horrible attitude.
