I just got my 2 subs about 15 minutes ago. I want to give props to the 2 employees that help serve me today. Very kind, and wonderful atmosphere. They made me feel very comfortable and welcomed! Horrible customer service.. came in tonight and was starving. Me and another driver were waiting for about 3 minutes for someone to take our order.. lady comes from the back with a cart full of pans and starts slowly putting them in the coolers.. not one word, not a " be with you in a second".... Nothing.. after about 5 minutes of this I finally just left..
I will NEVER come to this subway ever again.. eat here alot because this is our fuel stop on a dedicated run...but I'll make sure to never stop here again.
Still baffled about how someone can work in customer service and think this is acceptable.....

Food was good, but... Early morning shift could move a little faster and need to watch the counter better or put out a bell like other places. Evening shift is a joke. Unsanitary, unprofessional workers, cutting meat on the cutting board with no paper underneath it. They are just there to hang out, not work.

I just had the best meal I've ever had at a Subway
It was a steak wrap with guacamole garlic aeoli sauce and garlic oil and vinegar with spinach and onions it was absolutely delicious and the woman made it Perfect. about to drive off without leaving a review and I thought to myself well if we only leave negative reviews how Will that help anyone

The slowest service ever I don’t mind waiting my turn but don’t have extended personal conversations while guests are waiting to be served not to mention the hair hanging over the product it was terrible I will pin this location only to remind me never to stop the again !!!!!!!

Sarah is awesome as communicator and Subway representative. The entire crew was friendly, helpful, and empathetic to us a travelers. Military honored very well too.

Aiden, the red head, was rude af. I told him I wanted my meat warmed in the microwave and then toasted with bread. He refused and did it his own way in the toaster twice. And just like I thought, my bread was hard as ever.
