Sheetz

Wow thus store is failing. I am a new regular customer of the Sheetz chain. I just spent over $100 at this store on food and fuel. It is not clean and the employees are slow and rude. I ordered an frozen coffee with added butterfingers. I waited and waited for the coffee, service was so slow. I saw the order completed and sitting on the counter while orders completed after mine where passed out. I went to counter and requested my coffee and the young lady was rude and acted like I was out of place for asking for it rather than apologizing for overlooking it as she had walked by it several times. I get to the car and realize there ate no butterfingers in the drink. I go back in to request a side of butterfingers and people are frustrated over the long wait and the girls behind the counter refuse to acknowledge me. So I went to the other counter and requested a refund on the coffee. The two managers proceeded to argue with me about the girl being new and the manager not being rude when she gave me my drink rather than fix the problem by merely giving me a refund or some candy. I finally told them to keep their money and left. Sad sad day for Sheetz.

Great experience at this location. The store and restrooms were clean. The store was well stocked. Service was fast and friendly. Food was hot and tasty. The only negative, which is it really the fault of the store, is that it is a little hard to get in and out of. There are several stoplights and they are long. This is a problem if you are just trying to quickly get off and then back on the interstate. But if you can spare the few extra minutes, I definitely recommend.

These were the only cups available for icees. I asked the lady in the kitchen (which was disgustingly dirty) If I may have a clear cup as there was no other small cups available. She said, "No, because it will hurt inventory!" She offered to get a manager over a cup. Manager refused to give me a smaller cup too. I explained that I needed a smaller cup for my son as those huge styrofoam ones don't fit in my child's car seat. A cup, really sheetz!?! More like CHEEPZ! She wouldn't even sell me one. 🤦‍♀️ Drink area needed cleaning badly, sticky floors, disgusting bathrooms!

I had just gotten off my 3rd shift job and was hungry and got a Very rude man on the phone when I called... all I had done was call and ask why my son only got 4 chicken wings in a sampler box he wanted 2 orders of wings and cheese sticks just called because I was curious because the last time I went to a different sheetz he had 4 cheese sticks and 6 wings but regardless of how may were supposed to be in there I was very polite on the phone and the guy was very rude to me I did ok thank you for your time he just hung up on me he had a bad attitude I don't appreciate it

Went to this Sheetz on 12/27/21 to pick up an assortment of spring waters for a project (we found 7 here). Also filled up the tank—cheapest gas I've seen in a while, by at least 10¢/gallon. Sanitation wise, there were single-use gloves by each pump for customers to use. Directly inside the doors, there were disposable masks, as well as masks in various places throughout the store. There was hand sanitizer by the shopping baskets. The store itself was very tidy and clean. Only one MTO kiosk was open but the employees were pumping out orders quickly. Opted to instead get a self-serve Sheetz Bros. coffee, which was delicious. The biodegradable straws they have are not the paper or cardboard ones some places are using; they are compostable straws made from cornstarch that hold up to hot beverages. The pièce de résistance was the wonderful cashier who checked us out. She was absolutely the most pleasant person, and a wonderful representative of customer service for Sheetz.
