Food Cold. Chicken did not taste good. They forgot to give me the gravy with the mashed potato. Girl at register was not friendly, and didn't understand what I was ordering. (Not bilingual) Hope the Boss doesn't have me go there again to pick up lunch for the office.

Not good at all. If you get there a few minutes after 9:00 pm they are getting ready to close and say they do not have chicken or that your order will take longer than expected hoping you leave. Shame for they're killing the brand.

Not good, crispy chicken looks fried with old oil, they give you lost of wings , you go there for chicken not lose money , food cold and sometimes missing items, very disappointed

I’ve been coming to this KFC for almost 20 years and the food has always been awesome. I’m writing today because I made an online order, there was 20 car line up at the drive thru, and the lobby was closed at 8pm. If it were after 9 I’d understand but that was way too early to have the lobby closed for pick up orders, and I wasn’t going to wait another 45 mins to pick up my online order in the drive thru after it was ready. Thank you to KFC corporate for refunding my order and now that franchise lost an order for not having a little common sense for prepaid online orders. I’m sorry but 8pm isn’t that late to have the lobby open for people to come in, pick up, and leave with fresh food. Enjoy my cancelled order.
