Young lady Yanet from previous visits had outstanding customer service. Nice, patient and very professional. However when she's not there the other young lady replacing her in the evening time was the total opposite. Ridiculous

Amazing place the staff is by far the best I've seen in Miami, Hialeah and Miami Beach. Everything is always fresh with all the options available. I have found a new place for my daily lunch finally!!!!!!🙏

The skinny Indian girl refuse to take coupons, just because she doesn't want to do the work of typing it in. Apparently she makes executive changes of a corporation program. This is the second time she acts all rude and deny to honor the coupons. We are at a hospital, we are going through hard times and now we have to deal with this rude lady?
If you can provide a good service, close the franchise and get someone willing to provide good service.
If you get the chance visit the cafeteria of the hospital or drive around town, the subway in the hospital is a pain in the rear.

This place closes at 9 PM.
On Tuesday, May 31, 2016. The girl working said they close at 8:30,
she refused to serve me at 8:25.
I leave and come back to see her serve two doctors at 8:30 exactly!!
I ask her to serve me and she still refused.

This location it's at Palmeto hospital, not the best place to go if you are not in the hospital premesis. There are other locations with more convenient operation hrs and free parking ...
