Wendy's

Came here in the morning with my family for breakfast around 10:15ish. I have 2 small children who were hungry. They switched to lunch around 10:30. I waited about 25 minutes for my food. They had they rest of our food just sitting on the counter saying they were waiting on one sandwich. I eventually asked what’s the hold up, the manager said he apologized and he had so much going on in the back and had my sandwich ready. I told him but the rest of my food was sitting there the whole time and now it’s old and cold. He just said sorry. Didn’t offer to replace anything, or offer fresh food. What I find interesting is a family of like 4 or 5 came in ridge after us and got there food first, and yet I still stood there waiting. I do not recommend this Wendy’s.

This place is going down hill. Tonight. The drive through wasn't working? So we had to come in. The inside is DIRTY. The floors were greasy....Table tops are wet and nasty, floors are covered in trash. Even after one of the workers swept. I legit watched him sweep and leave behind visible trash and he cleaned the tables with 1 paper towel. All Tables and counter tops with the same paper towel. Tables were still dirty after he "cleaned" it.... I took a picture. And ordering was a headache. No one at the front counter and workers just walking by.... Talking to each other loudly about unrelated things. Someone finally waited on me..... My frosty was watery, fries and nuggets weren't hot either. I'm not coming back....

Ate a burger at this restaurant today. I didn't eat anything all day. Within an hour I felt nauseous and I'm on the edge of puking while at the park. I've been up all night puking and may need medical attention. My son has his own symptoms. The manager's name is Patty. Expect no help or support from her. Nasty customer service and a horrible product are what they serve. Do not go here. Ruined my father's day with the kids. What was supposed to be a pleasant day at the park on a beautiful day turned into a day pretending that I'm okay so the kids don't get upset. The people at this Wendy's don't care about what they serve. I question if this was deliberate. Something is seriously wrong with this place.
