The Bears' Den

We took our son to a doctor's appointment in Hershey. After the appointment we decided to get something to eat. We looked on line and found the Bears Den. Never been there before. Upon entering the establishment, a waitress said something to us, but was unable to hear what she said. We sat down and another waitress asked us what we wanted to drink. We received our drinks and the waitress took our order. I ordered a cheesesteak, my wife ordered a Nashville hot chicken sandwich, and my son ordered a Smokehouse Burger. My cheesesteak was not very hot and they used nacho cheese. My wife's chicken sandwich was not hot either and her onion rings were doughy. My son said his burger tasted funny, but the fries were OK. I would not use nacho cheese for a cheesesteak, and it should be hot when it gets to the customer along with all other servings are served. The waitress was very good at her job, as far as taking our order, bringing us what we needed and checked on us. My personal opinion is that I will not go back there again. But if you like, stop by and see for yourself. Maybe you will find it better than I did.
