Burger King

If I could give a negative rating I would. Three times in a row now there has been something wrong with order. Today, my hamburger is burnt to a crisp, stiff as a board and inedible. It's also cold. Not all condiments on husband's order were done (no lettuce). It is useless to try and call because they won't pick up the phone, no matter the time. I've tried calling probably 50-60 times the past month or so. The staff have no interest in trying to help you or make things right. This location Always seems to have some kind of machine broken. It's a real shameful place.

The front counter person took my order and then disappeared I ordered Bacon King low carb dressed like a Whopper I got two pieces of meat four pieces of cheese lettuce tomato pickle and had to go back and ask for the bacon had cold fries had to ask for fresh fries so in return I just finally said heck with it because but tell him I got the fries My sandwich and stuff was cold and I asked for a refund and the manager gave me attitude and told him to sling the fries that never went out to a customer in the garbage And also stated that she didn't want them anymore instead of being professional about her job. She should have had a attitude about the front kind of person who disappeared without making sure everybody had their food before she went wherever she went I would suggest going somewhere else to eat

The last 2 times I went and got a burger, it was cold. Will never go again. It didn't used to be like this, food used to be hot. Been going there for years. Now, it's cold. No excuse for this, will never return. Fast food isn't cheap anymore so a person expects hot food at the very least. It's a shame too because I live only a short distance and used to visit frequently, but not anymore. All the other local fast food places serve hot burgers, so there is something wrong here.

Cold onion rings! I forgot what happened last time, just no I stopped going there for a long time. I went back today with a friend and ended up with “cold” I mean like, no heat coming from them at all! Cold onion rings! Like wth! Bacteria starts to grow! It was not clean inside either, and a lady touched a few of my onion rings just after handling money Smh! Such a bad decision to ever eat at a fast food restaurant! The best luck I have had is always been at mickey D

This is by far the slowest and rudest staff I have ever experienced. It took over an hour to get my online order. The drive through was completely empty in front but they refused to take orders to get people through the drive through. When I called in the manager was super unprofessional and started yelling at me. biggest waste of my time. Super disappointed bused to love coming here

Our food sucked, all of it was cold not even warm. Even had to wait awhile for our food. We only live 8 minutes away. They don't even deserve one star. The lettuce on my whopper was rotten and brown. Took pictures but no way to post them on here. They weren't busy at all. 6:30-6:45. I sure would like corporate to give me a call..
