Kfc

Ordered the family meal. Asked to trade 1 mashed potato for a different side. Yelled at through the drive thru by 3 people saying no. Asked for butter and was told they'd never heard of butter being at a kfc. Guess they believe nobody likes butter and honey on their biscuits. Asked for a receipt and was told they were out of receipt paper. Chicken not breaded right!! I would suggest new management and better ordering. Not the first disappointing experience at this location but unfortunately this is the only kfc close by.

I hope uper management or someone from the corporate office do an unexpected visit to this KFC. They need a visit to insure they are following food safety procedures. For example i order some the new chicken tenders. When i got them it was dark looking like it was old and it was hard. The box they gave me was wet and peeling as if it was just pick off a wet floor. My 1st and last visit

I walked in the door around 8:15 pm and the guy behind the counter said that the dining room was closed but the drive thru is open. I drive a truck with a trailer and proceed t I go through the drive thru. Ordered a 5 piece tenders and guess what? We don't have any. I was disappointed. I probably won't eat at another KFC after this.

The chicken was so dark it was almost black. It appeared to have been re-fried or was cooked in old oil. Can you imagine the disappointment after spending $30 for a family feast meal that was not fit for consumption. Tried to call the location to voice my complaint but they never answered them phone after

Let’s start from the kitchen looks like was never clean before. Going to the stuff I couldn’t understand her nothing. Let’s talk about food. The secret recipe of nastiness KFC . Oil is never changed before.see how it looks in the picture. It should be 4 pc tenders normal size look what we got in the picture computation with the sauce and also computation from the menu picture.
