Food was ok. The female who took our order was efficient. She was very honest when I asked her what item was good. She told me she didn't know because it's not her kind of food and didn't eat there. She was into eating "healthy" food.

Stopped by for a quick pickup and bathroom stop. Food was good. Service person did not know how to run the register and the bathrooms had no toilet paper or hand towels. Management needs to act on issues.

Messiest place in the world.. The manager (Shawonda) stays in people business and don’t know how to keep her mouth or nose out of business that don’t concern her.. Some people should really try to have children of their own (if they can) and stop trying to treat grown people like children.

I just had to take the time to commend those who work at the Hernando location. No matter what day or what time of day, those serving me, in any capacity, are always very polite and professional. They greet you with a smile, say thank you, and often say have a nice day. These days that means a lot to feel your stopping by is appreciated. Not everyone treats customers that way lately. The food is consistently good, and if my memory serves me correctly, they have never gotten a one of my orders wrong yet. Kudos to all of you for consistent excellence!

The employees were very nice. I ordered the $5 baggie which was a double bacon cheeseburger, 4 chicken nuggets, fries and a medium soda. That was a great price for the amount of food I got. The food was good except the bacon cheeseburger, it wasn't fresh hamburger. Probably frozen and pre-cooked. The chicken nuggets and fries were good. The bbq sauce was better than other fast food places.

You can't beat the $5 biggy deal! I remember when Hernando was a small town and grown folks worked at restaurants because there weren't other jobs. . Grown folk work here. I'm certain the Mgr took my order. He needs that job and I will continue to support this location despite the random closures due to Covid.
