Fins And Grill

I love the food at fins and grill, but what bothers me is that i can never make a to go order through my phone. I have noticed that there are younger kids that work there, so i kind of understand but me is very hungry. I am not saying that high school students should not have a job, like duh we all want money purrr. The website would say open but no one would answer the phone, and I go inside by to find out they are not busy? And i get that at some point they might have been so i wouldnt know.

Very disappointed.. I arrived at 9:25, drove 30 minutes to eat there. When I walked in I was turned away. I understand it was close to close but I was by myself not a party of 6 or something.. I can’t express how aggravated I am. If I could have gotten there earlier I definitely would’ve, but don’t post close at 10 and turn away customers before 9:30!!! Y’all will never have to worry about serving me or my family again! Unprofessional..

Second time we ordered delivery, first time 100% accurate 2nd time 90%. We ordered Sushi and some cooked items. Overall good food but honestly, save 30%, before delivery and booking charges, and go to Naru in Southaven and pick up superior food, order issue free. Example: Spicy Tuna Roll at Naru; $5.99 at Fins and $8.49 at Fins before added fees; 30%+ less and just a little travel. You'll thank me.

Went as a group (total of 7) with 3 kids and we all had a great time. We were seated at the hibachi grill and our service was prompt and friendly. The chef was fun and kept the kids entertained and laughing. Also, the food was wonderful! I can't remember exactly what mine was called but it had the Japanese udon noodles, shrimp and scallops? I believe. Definitely might get that again next time. We look forward to going back!

***Updated 11/2018***They have changed their name to Yellowfin and the service is way better and food is great.* Been a few times and each time service has been extremely slow. Last visit we were seated by the back bar and was told our server would be with us and we sat for 7minutes and nobody came to get our drink orders. I asked a lady who was wiping tables off if she could send our server and she was sitting at a table 10 feet from us. When she was called over to us her attitude was that we were bothering her. Its unfortunate because the food is good but the service could be immensly improved.
