Burger King

Dropped in specifically for the Italian chicken sandwich, took advantage of the two for $6 deal. Not only is there supposed to be sauce on both sides, there's not enough sauce between both sandwiches to cover just one of them. The whole point of the sandwich is the sauce. There are just too many food options around here to give this place a second chance. An extra star was given for good customer service at the drive-thru.

Okay I have said before I'm no real fan of fast food, that being said it is in the parking lot where i work. I usually only get the impossible whopper extra onions of course. I chose this day to break all the realms like the dairy and the fried food. I took a trip back and dined on a vanilla milkshake and fries, as one would expect the fries go in the milkshake. Yum. I then whe fries are gone and milkshake is half dissapeared, go and add coke or whatever soda and make it a float. There you have it. I do hate the fact that so many times the walk and it dining area is closed. Good management and usually friendly staff.

The whopper has always been my favorite burger and this Burger King is the only one in Smyrna and I have never not had a problem at this location. Because it is the only one in Smyrna I still try, usually it's a matter of slow service and pickles on my whopper when I specifically order no pickles but this time I was skipped in the drive thru and the car that came in the opposite lane 5 minutes after I did, then when I got to the window the lady asked if she could help me? I told her I would like to pay for my order, she hadn't taken my order! The other lady asked me what I had ordered and I told her, they made my order and upsized to a large drink and fries for the price of the regular meal and then told me they were out of sweet tea! Point is that it took me over 30 minutes to get my food and still paid full price!

Why has the door been locked at 8 pm twice in the past month when the sign says dining room open until 10 pm?! Sometimes I want to come in and eat and refill my drink but can't when you lock me out during regular business hours! Manager...help me please! Not ok You are encouraging me to eat elsewhere accordingly and there are many competing restaurants nearby. Hire more people please who want to work. SMH

Came in about 4:30 on Wednesday afternoon, store was slow so it’s hard to judge how do things go when busy. Anyway, I was prompted fast, food order was correct so was my meal. Taste was as expected so I have no reason to complain about that at all. Outside of store is kept very nice with quite nice landscaping and fresh looking red mulch. Really liked donations box for clothing and shoes out on the parking lot. Would give 5 stars but after visiting restroom I changed my mind. Toilet was full of urine and quite dirty. It was slow enough for crew to have time to check that and clean. 4 stars

Went through the drive thru and it was super fast and the staff was very courteous and kind. The food was super hot, which can be hit and miss. Fries were delicious!!!! And super hot. I tried the new impossible whopper that is 100% beef free which I was very happy because as a non-meat eater, I love having this choice. And it was amazing. I really liked the taste, the texture. Great overall experience
