I shop here often because it is handy, plus it is quite a large store with a wide range of goods. Price wise it is ok but not as cheap as Aldi or Lidl. Good sized car park, free for three hours, also handy if you want to pop into town. However it can become gridlocked during very busy times and can take ages to exit! There is a nice enough cafe inside plus a competitive fuel station, however today it was closed because they had run dry! There is a soft plastic recycling point in the entrance/exit

I originally went in for a quick lunch whilst at work as I work from a van and needed the loo beforehand as there's nothing worse than having lunch and needing the toilet.
Once again the toilets were out of order. Quite literally over 75% of the time I go into this store the toilets are out of order. This stopped me purchasing my lunch so went elsewhere with working toilets to get my lunch.

GONE OFF FOOD ,Online shopping click and collect from the Hereford store. On 2 occasions now I have collected my shopping taken it home and packed everything away to find fresh meat out of date on the day I collected my shopping , when you order online then send you a receipt and towards the bottom of the receipt it say we quality check are fresh produce , I can 100% say this is not the case in the Hereford store. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on.

Have to thank checkout girl Lorna who took the time to follow me out to return my sunglasses I'd left at the till. I was outside but she took the time to return them. She was a lovely, chatty assistant at the till, thanks Lorna.

Very poor service on my home delivery order, the whole order was soaking in floor cleaner from someone else's order. I have had to send the whole lot back and re order again, meanwhile you can't speak to anyone in the store. I phoned customer services that are in some Asian country, only to get cut off halfway through my conversion.....
Please get your act together Asda, this is NOT the level of service that I expect or should be offered.

Avoid a ASDA hereford cafe and Toilets are disgusting !!!! WC’s not cleaned regular very dirty. Cafe food and service were awful. Seriously I’m surprised environmental health haven’t been informed.

Very low quality bags, all the things I've brought, are on the road. If you ever buy from here, better take your own bags.
