Subway

Well this subway told me today that they do not except coupons for the buy one get one free foot long, so I called the one on dabney drive and they do take that coupon, now how can the same people the own both stores can take coupons at only one location, I don't understand this and when I asked the girl at the 1314 north garnet street why they couldn't take my coupon all she said was we don't expect any coupons, wow 😲 these people in Henderson are now making rules up as they go but are using the subway name can't wait to talk to subway

Clean place which is a plus. Only bad thing I have is the older Afro American woman Needs Customer Service training. She took money from a customer with plastic gloves on then went to make my sandwich but caught herself before I had i chance to say something. Lady were in a Covid Pandemic. Cleanliness is Godliness.!!!

They never get my order right! Then they don't actually give you a receipt so you can fill out the customer survey properly. Out of 6 sandwiches only 2 were correct. Wrong toppings wrong dressing one was even a wrong sandwich completely, how do you confuse a spicy Italian with a steak and cheese? Paid extra for double meat and added bacon on several of the sandwiches which we didn't get.

There are plenty of Sbways but let me tell you about this one. The staff is always polite. Unless they are really busy you will be greeted when you walk through the door.. The owners are often at the store so keep in mind one of them may be serving you. Keep in mind this is fast food. YOUR awesome sandwich artist that's here today may be gone tomorrow. Not because they got fired but moved on to bigger and better things. The owner has the ability to hire qualified quality people that work hard and really care about the customers experience. I have been there many times over the past 2 years. The employees are courteous and polite. The three times I've gone there and been waited on by the owner HAVE BEEN AWFUL, HE IS VERY RUDE AND SEEMS ANGRY. THIS PAST WEEKEND I WENT THE AND HE WAS THE SAME..., RUDE!! AND HE WAS NOT WEARING A MASK WHILE MAKING SUBS. DON'T GO THERE AND PUT MONEY IN A JERKS POCKET.
