I like this Starbucks. Good location with a nice patio and drive-thru as well. The shop is always clean and they play the best music ever. I always enjoy my latte at this location and have a great experience. The staff is always friendly and courteous. Never had a problem .

My family and I have gone here regularly for 2+ years. The staff is nice, though you’ll hardly see the same face twice. The drinks are well made. There is usually a line for the drive thru, about 10 to 15 minute wait. My husband usually orders through the app and walks in to save time. You still get good customer service either way, but should you choose the drive thru be aware that it’s a small area for the line and difficult not to block traffic.

Given this is a larger Starbucks this place offers more of a lounge setting which is great for either a casual or more professional experience. Place was very clean and the staff was friendly. Smiles met with a hot latte is cake for my early mornings.

As a rule I like Starbucks, my opinion of this one is very low. Bad customer service, felt like they would rather I not bother them. That's my opinion hope you have a better experience. Good luck.

This Starbucks location always has really pleasant baristas working the drive through. It is a busy drive thru at times, but they keep it moving. I frequent a lot of coffee shops in Vegas/Henderson and this is my favorite Starbucks. Easy in and out too.

Still so impersonal as opposed to how it was with different managers. So you pay more for less service. A great business model as it sure hasn’t hurt theirs.

Easy! I've been to over 30 of em. In 2005 my total receipts can't to just over 3.5k. But this one's different. It's chill. No pressure. Oversized stuffed chairs. And as usual, coffee custom made to order and considerably more expensive than 2005

Slowest Starbucks I have ever been too. I've been here multiple times because it has a drive thru for this area but man they are soooooo slow 15 minutes in line.
