I don't like writing bad reviews, but this experience was awful. The drive thru line was a bit long so I went in. You have to order on a screen which had a huge ad for the Mexican Pizza that was just brought back. But the Mexican pizza wasn't on the menu. I asked and the lady checked. "You have to order that on the counter. They removed it from the electronic menu and the app because too many people were ordering it." She then began complaining about her day to me.
That wasn't too bad. So I ordered with her and noticed 5 people waiting for orders. 28 minutes later I got my order. More than one employee loudly complained about their job, about the customers...
I will not be visiting this Taco Bell again.

In general Taco Bell is just that. Quick, easy and always very pleasant experience. Just check your order before you go. 😉. They occasionally have an off day.

The cashier, a older lady was, was professional. The food was good, but the wait was longer than I usually wait at any other Taco Bell. Finally, a young female came from the back, called my name with a condescending glance, slammed my food down on the counter and walked away.

Quick efficient and always seems to get my order correct. This location does do the online ordering which is great for larger orders and every time I order I leave for the store immediately because it’s always ready as soon as I get there.
Also they recently remodeled this location to very open floor plan look, I like it a lot. Along with the remodel they just added 3 order kiosks where you first walk in. There way to use and don’t make you feel like an idiot while looking for an item; like the McDonald’s ones do. Drive can be slow on the weekends but then again this one is near a lot of homes and on a busy street so that’s understandable. I recommend order ahead online via your phone and then run in. And don’t be lazy just get out and do it.

I substitute chicken for beef everytime I order and even though it's in the screen and I pay an extra 80 cents per item for chicken, I only get the correct order 50% of the time. Frustrating. Feels like an intentional scam at this point. Don't charge me extra if you're going to mess up so much!

Me and my family were just there and the workers there were some of the nicest people I seem working at a fast food place.

I went on Nov 11 at night to this Taco Bell just to see an employee get verbally harassed at the drive thru window by a manager named Ann. I can understand there was items missing but there was not a reason to yell at the poor guy like that, especially in front of customers which I had my wife & kids in the car & we all heard. Learn to treat your employees better and coach them instead. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to work here
