Always great prices and good food. Too much sauce so need to get it on the side. Professional, very clean, and friendly staff. App charged me for 5 sandwiches 🥪 It was supposed to be buy 2 get one free. Plus a coke at $1.99. I got charged for 4 sandwiches 🥪 😔

Best service I've had at a restaurant/fast food facility in a long time! You have a gem in Autumn!! She's the definition of great customer service, but she's also so engaging and fun as well! My daughter and I told her our order for our house of 4, she held a full fledge funny convo with us and got everything perfect, but she also put cool nicknames on the subs, my lady and my son both loved it! If you don't promote her or at least give her a raise she worth her weight in gold! Thanks again and will be back, you're our favorite Subway now!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Best Subway ever! The service, sandwich craftsmanship, and atmosphere were top notch. The employees were knowledgable and kind. Sandwiches were fresh and restaurant was clean. Highly recommend N Gibson Rd!!

This place gets super busy at lunchtime. But the ladies working there are rockstars!!! They are friendly and patient even when dealing with whiney, rude, adult children. Will definitely return just because the staff is wonderful. They deserve raises. 💯

Normally I am not one to write reviews like this. However, my experience tonight must be documented. My girlfriend and I walked in, and the first thing I noticed was the lone employee working the shift. There was a couple ahead of us, ordering sandwiches with every conceivable topping, making overly picky demands which Joe accommodated with ease. Quite frankly, I’m not the biggest fan of Subway, but the sandwiches he was crafting actually looked delicious. I watched as he assembled the sandwiches with precision and attention to detail. His demeanor never wavered, despite the demands of the couple ahead of us. When he finished their food, he thanked them in a way that felt genuine, something that is rare of employees making these low wages. When my girlfriend and I were on deck, we showed him our coupon, asking if there were any exceptions, and he informed us there were none. I don’t know how to describe it, but his attention to detail while making the sandwiches, from toasting the bread, to slicing the vegetables down the middle before he folded it impressed me. No excessive chit chat, nothing forced. He genuinely seemed to care about what was doing, a real breath of fresh air in today’s day and age. I cannot give Joe enough praise, and firmly believe that he deserves a raise.

Worst Subway ever. If you are not capable of following a list of ingredients and putting a sandwich together, you probably shouldn’t be working at a Subway. 🤡

Ordered a wrap a sandwich and a salad. Nobody here seems to know how to make any of the items on the menu, cashier has worked here a week and doesn't know how to operate the register, and sandwich and wrap were ice cold when we received them. We were also serenaded by the sound of an employee gagging in the back room. I will not be back!
