Grand Kebab

We dropped by for dinner on a rainy Sunday night. It wasn't busy, but that's because it was a new place. I expect, with a little luck and maybe some polish, that they'll get busier. The decor is nice and comfortable. The service is friendly. Their menus are easy to understand with clear photographs so you know what you are ordering. We ordered a couple of plates with beef kebab, pork kebab, chicken lula, hummus, tabbouleh and Mediterranean salad. It took a few minutes for the food to get to us, but it was worth the wait. The food is well-prepared and tasty. You'll probably enjoy a comfortable tasty meal if you decide to give this place a try. We'll probably be back to try out some of their other dishes.

To be honest their food is really good. I've dined in 4 times in the past 2 months and end up satisfied every time, especially their lamb chop is a must try! But today I ordered a delivery and it took 80 minutes to arrive so I didn't tip the driver, maybe need a better delivery time management. Overall recommended.

Under new management as of our 04/12/18 visit. Pricier menu, emptier lobby, and worse food. By the time we got home to enjoy our dinner, we were surprised at how dry and bland it was: undressed salad (just plain, pre-packaged lettuce), undercooked and bland rice, and mediocre meat. The cruel irony of the single complimentary piece of stale pita was the fact that there was nothing remotely moist for it to accompany. When we tried to discuss the issue with the management, we were second-guessed. After repackaging and retuning the food (at their instruction), the staff opened the stuff and forced us to explain our displeasure, item-by-item. After spending nearly 10 minutes itemizing our concerns regarding the nearly inedible dish, the staff reluctantly asked how much of refund we wanted. I requested only a partial refund, because we had tried the food before returning it. After the management criticized the two of us extensively in Armenian and shot derisive looks our way for expressing our displeasure, I regretted remitting anything. A sad decline for one of our favorite local restaurants.

Not so happy. The guy was overly friendly but didn’t really seem to understand what I was asking. Didn’t like the fact that they refused to substitute or add on. Had the kebab to eat there and baklava for to go. The plate was big, overfilled with rice and salad while it had very little meat on it. The meat was ok but really not what I was hoping for. When I ordered the baklava I asked for extra lots of honey. The guy said sure no problem. Then in the car I noticed no honey at all so I went back just to find out they don’t even have honey😖 then why say no problem? I wouldn’t have ordered it if I had known. The piece was very small and at 6$ no honey way overpriced. Another Mediterranean place close by sells it for 4bucks and it’s finger licking good. Tipped 15% so all over the bill came up to 25$ for very little meat and a disappointing dessert. Some side of yogurt sauce would been great to make it less dry. But they didn’t even have that. I understand the place is new and they r still trying to get the hang of it. But telling the customer “sorry you can’t add just a lamb chop because the kitchen is inflexible” is not really something u want to hear. Won’t be back and honestly don’t think they will last very long.

Went for dinner for two. We each had the chicken &beef Lula combo as well as the delicious Russian salad. The hosts were very friendly and offered samples of additional menu items and some eqsuisite Mexican flan and pumkinp deserts. Definitely recommend if you want delicious out of the ordinary pick up or done in for reasonable price. Will absolutely be making this place a regular stop. No go get you some!

This was my first time ordering lunch delivered from Grand Kebab. When it arrived, I was so pleased to open up the box and see nicely arranged grilled veggies over rice with creamy hummas and big thin soft pita bread. It was so good that I ate all of it! :-D Can't wait to try the stuffed pepper and Armenian baklava next!! Also the staff were very helpful and friendly☆☆☆☆☆

Placed the order through eat's APP . Fast delivery food was ready in no time . The way the food was packed and the presentation of the food was great. Food taste horrible Hummus no taste Beef Lula and beef kebab no taste like raw food Food need seasoning and marination and cooked correctly I had my hopes up for good food ....
