I wanted to give Subway another chance because unfortunately Subway was not our 'go2' for subs. It had been over 5 years since we last went and hate to say it but it still will not be the 'go2' for subs. The staff was okay but didnt look happy to be there. My 9year old girl, picky eater, only wanted roast beef, mayo, lettuce and cheese but they did the exact opposite and added everything on it. And those extra additions were not fresh. My Son got the meatball sub and honestly he loved the meatballs but within 10 minutes of getting it home, maybe 15 tops, the bread was soggy. I believe in 2nd chances and maybe a 3rd, in the future! Come On Subway IF You Want To Be Our 'go2' for Subs!

was treated really badly by a girl who worked here after she screwed up the order and tried to force me to pay for it anyway. I refused until she corrected it, then as I'm leaving she tells me never to come back. SHE SCREWED UP, not me!

Aiden is by far the best employee I’ve ever seen in a subway, he’s very generous and fast and efficient. This man deserves a raise!

I am concerned. The food seemed fresh.
And then I went to the bathroom... it looked as if the sink hasn't been cleaned in months! Not sure that I will go back there, ever again... I have no direct proof (nor did I ask) if the employees use that bathroom, but I probably should have.

Pretty annoyed, came in at 11:45pm and was turned away by the gentleman working the line as he was serving another customer. Was told they close as midnight, and the hours of operation on the door say they close at 2am every day. He could’ve just quickly made my sandwich and been done with it but I guess subway doesn’t want the business 🤷🏻♂️

Bad experience with owner (josh) he needs to learn customer Service, ordered a large meatball wanted my veggies on side. He made a big deal over what to put them in to save a buck, will never go in there.

The app can randomly switch up your order without you knowing and apparently that doesn’t qualify for a refund
And now I’m not welcome back due to something someone else did when I was not even there or informed
But that qualifies for a refund

great workers but saw them answering the phone, opening the fridge, and touching other kitchen areas without changing their gloves. answered the phone with gloves on and then came and grabbed my chicken breasts and bread to start my sandwich. Did the same with the freezer on the next customers order.
