Dunkin'

I ordered two bacon, cheese, and egg croissants. A half dozen of donuts, and small coffee black. The breakfast croissants were flat and tasteless. They were out of most of their donuts by 12:00 am and I was told that they did not have any more coming. (A donut shop that don't have donuts???) It's the holiday season, you think they would be cranking out more to match the seasonal demand. The few donuts that they had left was I guess the ones that no one wanted like white icing sprinkle donuts, jelly donuts, and chocolate. I ordered my half a dozen from their limited selection, and they still got my order wrong. I ordered one chocolate donut and got an unappetizing looking sprinkle donut instead. My wife stated that the raspberry jelly donut was plain out gross and overly sweet so I guess the other one will be going directly in the trash can with the sprinkle donut. My order was three glazes, two jellies, and one chocolate. In all due fairness, to this location. I have received better food before, but I have no idea what happen this time. Sometimes machines break (no blended drinks). Sometimes donuts aren't as good as others (having freshly made would be nice though). Sometimes customers wonder about the various other places that offer such services, products or goods. Great intentioned employees and happy attitudes are always nice to encounter though.

New to this shop, but only drive through after 12 noon (staffing shortage?) Seems to be a lot of new staff, that need some training and direction. Ordered a frozen coffee and not sure what I got: was extremely sweet and very thick frappe like, not the usual icy type drink elsewhere. Went inside this morning and they are using kiosk ordering only. One kiosk didn't have credit card machine, so had cancel order and it again on the machine with credit card machine. Was hoping this would be my new Dunkin, as moving out here. Will give it a few more trips, or find another location.

9 people working and NO ONE said hello or good morning. Ordered a cappuccino, 4 dollars and it wasn’t even half way full, asked for some coffee to fill up and got rude attitude, was told well it’s foam, really? I got 3 whole sips and to top it off it was nasty. First and last time for me. Such a disappointment, oh and the donuts were old, hard and dry plus expensive 18 dolllars for a dozen. Overall I was not satisfied at all. Do better.

Lisa is one of the most disrespectful coffee shop managers I’ve ever had the displeasure of experiencing. I don’t mind people making mistakes it’s totally fine But as a customer the last thing I want you to do is take my money and argue with me when I’m trying to do is get a proper cup of coffee. I would not recommend this location and I would recommend corporate reconsider her position as manager
