Starbucks

I like this Starbucks. It’s not a big location, but it’s very nice . They don’t have a drive-thru , but they do have a small outside seating. The shop is always clean and inviting. The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. I always enjoy my cappuccino at this location and have a great experience. The staff is always friendly and courteous. They always welcome you with a smile 😃. Never had a problem . Definitely recommend it.

I’m really grateful for this location and how they provided service to my teenager. My son often had practice after school and walked in the dead heat. This location provided him with water on many occasions. He’s an amazing athlete and strives to work towards his goal. Thanks for being a light during his pit stop.

So I will admit that I have a an obsession/addiction to Starbucks. I know this will date me but when I go to Starbucks it reminds me of that old TV show called “Cheers” where everybody knows your name. I love how the baristas as a general rule are so friendly. It is a big reason why I’m willing to pay so much for a drink. However the last several times that I have been to this particular location I have been helped by a girl named Kayla. Not Kayla P. mentioned a couple of reviews down. She was very unfriendly. Multiple times. I held off on leaving a review the first time it happened because everyone can have a bad day. Also, because the new Starbucks cups are coming out tomorrow and I could see that they had boxes full of them I asked if I would be allowed to take a peek (I communicated clearly that I would not touch them or ask to buy one. Decisions are hard! So many cute cups! I wanted to think about which one(s) I wanted.) You would have thought I’d asked to do something awful by the reaction I got. However I could see that the boxes had already been ripped open and the baristas had already selected their favorites which were sitting out on the counter behind the register. I will not be coming back to this location. I will stick to the one closer to home where the barista‘s are all nice .

Out of all SB in Henderson, this is the best one in town! There is no Drive thru, and that keeps a bunch of lazy millennial's away "cuz, eww, who wants to get out of there car when I could catch Pokemon while in the drive thru!". The employees are amazing and with order ahead, I love the dirty looks from people when I walk in grab my drink and walk out!
