Love Panera Bread. Especially love this location. It is located at the District at Green Valley Ranch where we usually go to dine and shop. I know Panera is the same everywhere, but the customer service at this location is fantastic. They really make you want to go back. The customer service at this location is always excellent. They are always friendly and helpful. Nice job Kim - the store manager for running a great operation. Your leadership shows through your employees.
Food is always fresh and delicious. I like the fact that they serve 100% clean food , without any artificial preservatives, sweeteners, colors,etc... that is really rare to find these days anywhere.
Overall:The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable. It is very inviting . The food is consistent and is prepared like it is suppose to be. They have kiosks for convient ordering and their app for ordering is great too . The restaurant is very clean and the cashiers were nice and remembered to ask me about my Panera rewards.
We truly feel appreciated at this Panera Bread and definitely will be coming back.

This store is such a pleasure. Service is always quick and service with a smile is provided with each visit. This location is definitely my favorite. Very nice dining room atmosphere as well to sit down and enjoy your meal too! Definitely recommend coming to this location without a doubt. A++++++

So, I had a bad experience before but I didn't give up and I returned! It was an excellent experience this time - the real tall tan man running the place is really nice, he's focused, he embraces the customers, and he has real conversations w/us. The employees are not listening very well when I make my order so that seems to be where the issue is...at the order counter. They do make it right if you tell them the mistake.

There is no soap in the dispensary whatsoever. With this pandemic, I hope the department of health reads my review and fine this location big time. They deserve, this is pandemic and panera bread offended by not having no soap to wash my hands. Yikes, ....I wish to have my money back or some free food compensation for a Mediterranean bowl, when I go again next week again and not find any soap in the bathroom to wash my hands. You darn mercenaries.

Thank you Panera! This location is a breath of fresh air. Clean lovely store and incredible staff. Shout out to Nuvia new employee being trained. So knowledge and very friendly 🤗 this will be my permanent store going forward.

I received a delivery order from this location. Usually I love Panera but today was a flop. I usually just order my bagels plain because I like to cut and toast them myself. I checked to make sure before I placed the order to make sure it was just left alone. The bagel was delivered burnt and hard. It was inedible.

Daughter loves Panera, I try and talk her out because of the insane traffic and impossible parking at the district. She begged to go, so after trying to find a parking spot for 10 minutes, I let her out in front of the restaurant and told her to order. Found a spot bout 2 minutes later and rushed into the store thinking she was still in line, she was standing outside.
I asked her if she ordered and she said she told them she had to get money from her mom lol. I went to the register and the girl behind the counter was so sweet, I apologized for holding her up, which she wasn't bothered by and gave her a nice tip.
Female manager apparently had talked to my daughter in the couple minutes she had been in there as well lol, and I was impressed that she was making rounds on the floor and had even stopped to make sure a child ordering had ordered what she wanted without any problems. Daughter enjoyed her food and the staff was phenomenal.

Food was as expected, item I wanted was not on the menu but something they had in their register menu and I was able to order. Even the cashier was confused as to why it was not on the big menu for customers to see. The cell service (not the locations fault) is dodgy here.
