Large store, spaced out well. Quality food. We got sushi and a sourdough pizza from the food to go area. They did not disappoint, reasonably priced too. Free parking. We will definately be returning.

They have a reasonable stock of different sizes and ranges to pick from. (Although they've stopped stocking the 2 inch longer shirts). Next to Sainsbury's, so you could do some shopping on the same visit, they also have a small range of clothes as well.

I went to have a bra fitting this morning. The lady l saw was so lovely her name was Tracy & nothing was too much trouble for her to help me. Her advice was so helpful on issues l didn’t realise. It was lovely to meet such a lovely lady . I hope she is appreciated by her managers .

This marks and Spencers is especially lovely, had a bra fitting with the lovely Emma this morning. She made me feel really comfortable and was very helpful! We also had breakfast and the eggs were especially good!

The ladies in Hedge End M&S are exceptional. They helped me choose an outfit with patience and gave me the confidence to wear something other than my usual black! Thank you 😊

This is a really fantastic M & S to visit.
Everything is so well organised and spaced out. Plenty of clothes and lots of beautiful looking food, nice and modern fresh looking style. There is a cafe, also a nice place to sit to get fresh pizza in 5 minutes, and it was lovely!

Above and beyond customer service in the wine department today! We had been watching the Saturday kitchen show and they recommended a certain white wine from M&S.. so off we went to find some! We didn't see it on the shelf and a male member of staff was so helpful, he used his phone to watch the programme to check which wine it is, then checked stock and availability, sadly they had sold out but he was then very knowledgeable along with another member of staff and they recommended an alternative to us. It was very obvious that they know their wines and we thought the service was brilliant!

Came in on the way back home and was pleasantly surprised by the hot food bar! The pasta was lovely and the lady behind the counter was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back!
