Mcdonald's

Hot and fresh! I love the fact that their food was fresh, including the sweet tea. Very friendly staff and clean facilities. They got the order right; nothing was missing for the most part. My only complaint is that we got 4 orders of 10 piece nuggets but only received 1 sauce and 4 ketchups, despite asking for more. Dry nuggets and fries are not bad, just not what we wanted.

First I couldn't hear the cashier over the drive thru intercom. She was rude. Didn't give me a price and didn't tell me which window to go to. So I ended up having to back up. She took my debit card and still didn't give me a price. Gave my food to me and then quickly my debit card and closed the window. Didn't bother to give me a second to ask for ketchup or napkins. Which I needed both. I won't be back.

Food came out quick and accurate, but two girls working the station handing out food were as salty as the fries for some reason. They make you order through the computer outside and so I asked for a cup ("excuse me, can I please get a cup?") and she throws her head back, rolls her eyes, sighs and just points at someone at a different counter for them to get it, insinuating that's where they always come from. A simple, "he's got you over there" woulda been nice.

Wow on 6/17/22 between 7:15 and 7:30 I stopped in to get a burger and fries as I was on my way back from college station. I was trying to order and I noticed a manager well I assume a manger by the different shirt than the other employees and her conversation with an employee and that this particular employee did a no no by having her phone in the back ! At that time the manager decided to lick her right hand index finger and was trying to wash something off the palm of her left hand. Then wiped it off on the counter to get what ever else off and at that point proceeded to bag food right after never washing her hands ! That was poor management and absolutely poor personal hygiene for the restaurant industry ! Thanks to the lady that took my order and bagged it per my request because I sure didn’t want the manager to !

So I came to have breakfast this morning I got in line to make my order.when the lady that is doing the serving.told me I have to use the kios so I told her I know you're busy and I wasn't rushing you I also told her that the kieos can't do or make the adjustments that I wanted. So she said she was busy and can't help me with my order.
