Im fuming this is the 3rd time i did the survey and didnt get my reward i went to redeem the one prior to this 3rd time and the cashier said door dash only so i went ti a different one card only no change then it expired until i get compensated im not going to eat at rallys and im telling everyone i know not to waste their time im done. i work hard i barely ever eat out so when i do it helps to have a coupon

Great service. I placed an order online & went up to the location to pick up my food. By my own mistake I went into the wrong line to pick up my order. So I circled back around & waited in the right line. My wait time was pretty long having to wait in both lines, but I didn’t mind as it was my own fault. I asked to purchase a drink when I got up to the window & I heard who I presume to be the manager in the background telling his employee to just give it to me because I had to wait. Small things like that keep customers coming back. Food was good too btw.

Wow! The last 2 weeks of me going to checkers has made me feel like I have another family outside of home. Starting with Brandon very friendly and always there with a smile grinding/working hard for his family. Jennifer who was also very friendly and introduced me to the reward program that has had me saving money and getting free items already. Frank the boss man that is also always there working hard with his team leading by example, taking care any concerns I had with a smile. You guys Rock!

Always short staffed. Everytime I go the card reader has an issue with my debit card. Instead of exercising patience or even manually typing in my card number the staff wants to argue it’s my card and I have to call the bank. Go up the street to another restaurant and no issue whatsoever with my card…

I went yesterday with no car, and asked them if they would take a walk-in. The lady at the window said you need a mask, I proceeded to the walk-in door with a mask and she was looking at me for 2 minutes then continued doing whatever she was doing inside, after 2 minutes I went back to the window asked them why didn't they open the guy inside started giving hand gestures and telling me they don't take walk-in after I was standing there with a face mask as she asked.
