If I could give 0 stars I would. Waited over a half an hour for my order. Wasn't ready. Went inside to inquire, was told they didn't know I was waiting. Took an additional 15 minutes after they were notified I was waiting. The staff along with the Owner were talking over the food while preparing it maskless.When I told the OWNER I wanted a refund she emphatically refused and said I had to request it on the website as she left the store. You can't request a refund on the website. I used to visit this location regularly twice and three times a week. No more! Rude Owner! TERRIBLE!

Alright so this subway is probably the most efficient, tasty, and easy going subway in the area. They make the Hilton location look bad. Those guys are mean.
Last time, two people behind the counter were talking about hot tubbing. I had a few employees arguing pretty spitefully about bread a year or two ago. I would be lying if i said I wasn’t a fan of this. Makes my experience better everytime.
Never change, 9 mile subway.

I ONLY gave them two stars because of two young workers that had EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! And did our order good! ( We was there Saturday 5/28/22 around 4 & 4:30)
NOW "JOSH "( NOT SURE IF THAT IS HIS REAL NAME, WHITE MALE ,BLONDISH BROWN MEDIUM LENGTH HAIR)on the other hand was RUDE! HE REFUSED TO COVER HIS HAIR OR PULL IT BACK ,AFTER A CUSTOMER ASKED HIM TO! & MY HUSBAND AND
I ASKED HIM NOT TO TOUCH OUR FOOD ,BECAUSE I WATCHED HIM TOUCH MONEY( DIDN'T WASH HIS HANDS) NO GLOVES, HE PUT AN AIRBUD IN HIS EAR MOVING HIS HAIR( DIDN'T WASH HANDS AND NO GLOVES)ALL OF THIS BEHIND WHERE THE FOOD IS! I asked him what if the health board came in and seen you doing that? He said he's been there four years and so far it hasn't happened! He IS NASTY AND RUDE! HE NEEDS TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE , AND FOOD SERVICE!

They use to be really good about getting their orders right it seems like ever since they started staffing kids they can't get orders right to save their life. 4 out of the last 5 times I've went they gave me half the wrong order or the order just wasn't ready at all

I'm always impressed with how this restaurant is managed. The manager runs a tight ship with his employees and it pays off in customer service, quality of food, and efficiency. They remember frequent customers and say hello when you walk in. Can get really busy during peak hours but generally moves along pretty well.

Where they made the subs was absolutely disgusting veggies flung all over the place formerly working at subway know that’s not suppose to b I think her name was Cassie absolutely hated her life and working for subway boy did I pay for it once she got to the veggies it was obvious why it was so messy basically tossing it on my sub wouldn’t spread them across the sub just throw right in middle would put liken no lettuce whole bunch of olives or some else just terrible

I use to go to this location often, but they now don't participate with any Subway coupons ,the guy manager wasn't customer service oriented, I will not going back, I'm in the customer service business bad deal for them because our church was placing big orders from them , I will be letting all my members of Hazel Park to not go to this location anymore.
