We ordered delivery and the lady on the phone was so kind to recommend different deals and even compared coupon prices for us.
I love their garlic Parmesan twists. We got lemon pepper wings and the double pepperoni which was also tasty.

Pick up - we call to make are order and they give us a 20 minutes stemate, we went 30 after and we still wait 20 more minutes. We order extra large pizza and chicken wings, they were dry and it looks like they just pore the sauce right in the middle and forgot about the whole order.
Our order was placed around 9.15 pm, maybe they were in a hurry because it was almost time to close, I don't know.

Came in person to dine in with my lady. Waited patiently for almost an hour until I had to ask how much longer. I was told ten minutes. Fifteen minutes later I ask again, the pizza wasn’t even being prepared. We were refunded. I’m not coming here ever again.

If you want "Grilled" pizza this is your place . I really dislike this round table. My wife decided to go to this one. I usually go to the one on Foothill. You asked for not to be cooked well done, you will get it well done. I hate burnt pizza they always burn your pizza here. Unacceptable absolutely ridiculous

I order gourmet veggie pizza from here quite often and always receive my pizza hot and delicious! The salad is always fresh, and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. Trust me, not all Round Table pizza restaurants are created equal. This location is one of my favorites!

By far the best customer service, every delivery person is punctual if not early and super polite. I ordered a large 1/2 Ultimeat 1/2 triple play. I like my pizza crispy and they understood the assignment! Super hot, toppings on every bite and the crust was perfectly crisped! I also order a dozen wings well done and they were sauced just right.

Had a great experience ordering from RT Hayward! The food delivery time was actually set for 90 minutes, which is expected from RT or any restaurant during noon, but the food got here earlier so that was great! Food came nearly an hour earlier than expect or so do that was awesome.
Got a medium half pizza for me and my wife, some boneless wings, and garlic twists. Everything was made right and tasted great! Would order again, as we do!
