At this point I am so exhausted of going to Dunkin’ Donuts and then getting something so simple wrong then on top of that the employees wanna argue with customers when the customer is telling them that the order is not right that is not okay. I put a picture down below because I have a question does that look like there’s any mocha any espresso shot in my coffee? No right

If you order online or delivery and you order several things, expect they will forget something. It's like clockwork, they ALWAYS forget something.

The workers were very polite and give good professional service. The coffee is good as usual. The only real disappointing thing is that this Dunkin location is one of the only ones which still doesn't allow any indoor seating at all. And, most all Dunkins I patronize from Boonton NJ Town to Hawthorne, NJ allow some degree of seating for some time now.

My new local Dunkin Donuts and it's one of the best! I'm so happy it's close by. The staff are friendly and the freshness and quality is always on point. All of the staff are awesome ! Sarah - one of the crew members there - has helped me a few times with troubles with the On the Go Orders app and has continuously been wonderful. I recently picked up an order 30 minutes late and she even offered to warm it up for me! The people and quality at this location are what keep me coming back - thank you!
