I got order correct at drive thru screen & cashier review it too but when I pay it with coupon same total no discount showing🤔I order 2 identical happy meal one is wrong order😢then my pumpkin coffee came out plane😩 then they won’t honor my receipt. Please look at my photo attached how bad their receipt was so no-one can argue 🤭 If not because of my kids im not going there at all🙁

Had a pleasant experience with this McDonald's because of one employee named Nankyi Goods . She was acceptable in her behavior and attitude towards me and I think that she has very good customer service skills and I'd be happy to return here I have had experiences with this place in the past that I was not so fond about but she definitely rectified this place Might i say and I just wanted to give her my gratitude and leaving this review great job keep up the good work!

This Mc Donald's was very unprofessional. Unfortunately they were only accepting cash, and were friendly about mentioning it at the driver through monitor. But as soon as we got to the window, the staff were unresponsive, rude and refused to take further service. I had forgotten to order an extra meal and decided I can probably just order that the window, but was refused service and was given an attitude. Every other mcdonald's I have ever visited have been extra kind about me ordering more food at the window. This place looked unorganized, dirt, and just plain disgusting. Like I said, avoid this place, as the staff is rude and the location is gross.

The manager is so unprofessional and disrespectful. I came to pick up my online order on 5/25/22 around 9am. Upper management needs to come and check their employees to address the lack of customer service at this location. Management should be an example to follow and if this is the level of customer service she provides, let me tell you she is setting a horrendous example.
