Dinos Hamburgers

This place is never first choice. The food is a 6/10. They have so much potential! They totally need to redecorate!!! Also the customer service…. Only the guys are nice and helpful. For some reason most of the ladies have a bad attitude.. not sure why. Also, this past Sunday I came at 815am. They open at 8am… I called five times no answer. Not a busy line just no answer. We pull up to the drive at and they say one moment. 5 min pass and we end up leaving. Like show up early so you can set up. No sense of urgency. This is not the first time either. I’ve been there before Waiting and two ladies would rather put chairs outside and ignore me then actually help. Like such bad customer service. There are two guys that are awesome tho. So it’s a hit or miss! This could be so much better and I hope whoever owns this place sees this review. Update your sign and paint your place grey or just make it modern. It’s stuck in 1993. Do better. And you will profit.

I noticed a few of the one-star reviews only have one review in their profile what does that say competition a salty person just trying to bring this place down I'm sure let me start by saying I don't know why these other people gave bad reviews but Dino's is the best burger place I have had in a long time besides Jim's Burger on Inglewood. The people leaving bad reviews that's funny because I'm sure they don't leave good reviews I'm actually go to their profiles right now and check I noticed that when most people get good service they don't leave good reviews. But let me say the pastrami here is so good and the burgers and fries are Always on point I've never had an issue with Dino's I've never had a thought where I thought they were giving me an attitude I love dinos until they prove me otherwise they got a five star
