I called before I went and they said they represent the coupons then she rushing me a young girl with black hair had hers eyes with the corner make up got to register I showed her the coupons before I even started having her make them she said she could only except one that was fine but get to register It wouldn't scan then she tell me I'm a liar I didnt call I proved her wrong when I left and came back she said ma'am leave cause at this point she had me upset she was sloppy with sub the other girl I felt bad for her so I went to the other subway and got to talk to manager they were kind to me up their took care of me and the sandwiches were made beautifully I'm disabled and dying I've never been so imbarrassed in my life she had me in tears.

Worst subway I’ve been too! Me and my husband went in and the the older lady that was making out food was so unnecessarily rude. First she gave me attitude because I guess I wasn’t speaking loud enough and then when I asked if she had a certain bread she laughed at me and told me the bread they had as if I was stupid. Then when she asked me what else I wanted on my sandwich I said nothing else and she look at me so rudely and said “really?” Like yes girl if I wanted any else I would say . Just how so spoke to me was unnecessary when I didn’t do or say anything she also was very sloppy with making our food my husband asked for light sauce and she poured to much and laughed and was like oops and she also almost dropped my food many times and was throwing it around like I’d rather you not . I never write reviews but dang girl

Just left Subway inside Havelock Walmart an let me tell you I was completely unsatisfied with the service! Not only was our orders wrong the bread was completely overcooked and hard she added an extra sauce to my daughters sub that we didn't ask for which my daughter didn't like because it was sweet and she was rude asked if she could tell us the sauces (Since they're usually displayed behind the glass and they weren't she had to go in the back to put it on our subs) she just looked at me like she didn't hear me just an overall terrible experience and now they are closed so even if I wanted to turn the car around (I live in beaufort) to go back and complain or even call I couldn't just beware who your server is there

We use to love this subway but within the past few months everytime we've ordered food from y'all (which was often) the order has either been completely wrong or food quality low. It's been so bad we stopped ordering from this subway for a while and started ordering from the one in James city. We've NEVER been disappointed when ordering from them! Today however we tried giving Walmart subway another go since it's closer to us and unfortunately we were let down again. The lettuce was far from fresh, the onions and green peppers weren't cut up properly and honestly it kind of tasted like a week old sub. As a former employee I know when the food is old, sitting out too long, prepared the wrong way, or prepared by someone who could care less about what they are serving. We haven't complained before but my steak and cheese was absolutely horrible today and I ordered 2 of them, smh. I'm really hoping for some changes in ya'lls subway so we don't have to keep driving an extra 10 minutes to another subway to get a decent sub.

Former Employee. I recently had some car troubles and I had to put my two weeks in because I wanted to be the responsible one and not cause problems with my managers and the owner, because I no longer have a ride to work. They ended up being very childish and wanted to mess with my check and say they were having trouble with direct depositing it into my account which was hard for me to here because it's already hard to keep myself afloat as is. I'm just very disappointed with them especially since I have worked at other subways and never had this problem. I'm also not the only person that they have done this too. I hope you take this into consideration if you are thinking about applying here and or giving them the pleasure to serve you as a customer. Very disappointed.

My server had a Bluetooth earpiece in her ear throughout my entire experience. She heard every ingredient. However, she ignored every request that I made about each ingredient.
(Ex. I asked for a lot of lettuce and some spinach, but I got a pinch of lettuce and a handful of spinach etc.)
I ordered a foot-long tuna sub and added bacon before I asked for it to be toasted. I decided to be even more adventurous than usual by asking for a little bit of Subway's vingairette dressing and she drowned the whole thing. So much so that I couldn't be certain that I had actually received any bacon until I double and triple-checked.
I was completely unsatisfied with my meal and customer service experience. Especially, when I wasn't given any napkins with my order and received quite the attitude in response to my request for a few.
