I went in today 16/10/25 to get a subway at around 7pm. The lady was very lovely and helpful however my order was passed over to a very rude guy/worker, who even slammed my sub on the platform. He kept giving me a very condescending look like I offended him previously!

Stingy and rude. All the workers have an attitude
Incredibly rude service, all the times I have been there. Swears at customers in their own language. Said no bell pepper, continues to put bell pepper on the sandwich and when reminded of no pepper, he starts taking it off and putting it back where he got it from (even though my sandwich has bacon, meat and cheese mixed with it).

Wow! Had a completely different kind of experience today. Staff were incredibly friendly and everything was stocked. Never seen such a turnaround. I must applaud subway for the massive improvement. 5/5 massive improvement from last time!
