Checkers

This is one of THE WORST CHECKERS EVER…either it takes them 45min to change shifts or they are never accepting anything. I am currently sitting in their drive thru and they are telling me that they are only accepting Uber Eats and Door Dash. Who does that? What kind of restaurant is this. To add insult to injury, the workers are rude and ghetto. Either shut them down or put a better restaurant there.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE & BEWARE IF ONLINE ORDERING!!!!!!!!!! I placed an online order on 11/14/21 when I pulled up to the drive thru the worker said they never got the order. I told her I had an email confirmation for my order & she refused to see it & told me there's nothing they can do so they gave me no choice but to leave without my food even though the payment had already went through. 2 months later I'm still trying to get my money back & going back & fourth with customer service I've had to call them 5 times because they keep telling me "someone will reach out to me within the next few business days" & nobody ever does. This is extremely frustrating & not to mention a huge inconvenience. This headache could've been avoided had the worker just allowed me to show her my order confirmation & given me the food THAT I PAID FOR.
