Wendy's

I was so disappointed. I ordered the fish sandwich I had asked if it was made when ordered. I was told yes. When I got to the window I asked for a hot sauce or spicy with my order that included fries. It came to $8 I gave her a $10 and said she could have the change. Quite a pleasant young lady. Of course I pulled up because it would take a few minutes to cook the fish I got my order and Actually was going to eat in my car ! To my surprise my fish sandwich was swimming in some type of white sauce It didn't taste like tartar sauce or mayo. One lettuce leaf and two slices of pickles. Honestly the fish looked like it had been fried twice. Disgusting. My fries were hard as though they were from the night before, or had been cooked earlier. They were not hot. Didn't get and sauce and not one napkin Gheez Louise..... Didn't feel like getting in line or getting out of car if there was dinning inside to complain 😕 Horrible experience for me and I was starving and heading home grocery shopping. Probably want revisit again.

I wanted to go in because the line was long. Well i had bad service from 2 workers at the front desk. I found out seconds later one of them were a manager. His name was Johnathan/ Joshua He was extremely rude with all the customers and the other lady mentioned she didn't have time to help customers because she was too busy and stressed out because a few people called in sick. Not to mention did i see any of those employees wear gloves that night. It was disgusting. I also witnessed a police officer try to get served and he went through an act of Congress to only get a dry and a hot tea. Well they knew they never had hot tea then he asked for the corporate number and the. Young manager was talking him out if calling his bosses. It was like he was delegating with him. And the bathroom has no soap to wash our hands and they said they dont have time to do that we will have to wait. It was terrible service. Unprofessional attitudes, not experienced. I took pictures of the dining area because it was flirty. I will never go back if it was the last place e to eat. If I could give a score lower than a 1 I would.

The order was totally wrong; after they discovered the error I was asked to return all 4 bags to the window. They couldn't get it right so they said "never- mind, just take it all. When I got home I discovered that the whole order was not mine, and the food was not hot. I couldn't imagine how four people were working that window, and nobody got the order right! "Sad Representation of a fast food establishment"! It's like that everywhere, good service is a thing of the past.

First time going: The soda machine was out of almost everything and I really wanted a certain drink but the service was amazing. Second time going: No. Just no. My fries was over over salted I could barely eat them. The burger bread tasted sour and had brown bacon. The cheese qas old like they just added some new cheese.. Im not happy.. at all.. I really wish I could get my money back.

I prefer not to go to this Wendy's because every time I go to this Wendy's it's always an issue first they only taken cash then you only can use your card and what is going on with receipts they don't even give you any receipts anymore saying they're out of paper you they make enough money for it to give us our receipts I give you a thumbs down

The worst service ever ! I waited almost 35 minutes in the lobby with only 2 people ahead of me the cashier was a little old lady very rude the Manager was very slow no assistance to others and very rude, the soda machine had no ice in the entire restaurant asked for ketchup they were out of that as well, I order chicken tenders that I was told had just come up that was false as well they were hard, dry and certainly not hot. Everyone that was there during this time was very unhappy two customers wanted their money back several customers walked out, that kitchen was filthy, I begin to take a picture one of the employees decides to grab the broom ! I guess they saw this review coming....
