I would like the food to look like the pictures. My “grilled” cheese was microwaved, complete with cold cheese that wasn’t melted and bread not toasted. Yogurt packed the day before was a watery mess!! Waste of time and money.

I love Panera, but this location went downhill fast "due to Covid-19." They changed their hours to where breakfast is impractical. 9:00 am on the week days and 11:00 am on the weekends. If they stop serving breakfast at 10:30, then 5 days a week, you can get breakfast for an hour and a half. Most people have to get to work before or at 9:00 am, so now they cannot get a breakfast or even a coffee on their way to work. Due to poor management, this location is probably going to close. So sad.

My food is always delicious and made well... the staff is a little shaky but I just do drive thru lol don't have to be bothered in my car 🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️ and still receive my favorite items from there. Panera bread is like a upscale fast food place!

I ordered a large coffee and they messed up the order. When they made the correct coffee, they gave me a regular size coffee. We also noted hair in our food. Panera usually doesn’t mess up like this. I’m disappointed.

The service was very good, from the young lady who took the order to the young man who helped bring the food to the table.

I got the Teriyaki chicken bowl with a Green passion smoothe and it was delicious 😋 pricy, but worth it and I'm full!!!

I've visited Panera bread several times an usually received excellent service, yet today was utter disrespect. I ordered egg an cheese on brioche with an extra egg on the side for my pup. Today I received one egg cut in half, one half for my sandwich an one half as my side order. Usually I receive a one egg cook in a round shape folded in four. I proceed to go in from the drive thru an ask the cashier was it the proper serving (one egg) ...she gets the manager, an the manager says it is one egg. Lies. So tread softly when visiting this location. Food is life.

The macaroni and broccoli taste good but it won't touch something you can make from home. Flavor of cheese is like a soup cheese.
