I would have given a 5 star but 4 stars due to service has been extremely slow the last 3 times I been. However the waitresses were great. But basing this review upon my last visit. They were out of stuff to make milkshakes and waiting on a truck which was our main reason for going. So instead of leaving we opted to stay and grab a bite to eat... They did get a few items incorrect but offered to correct them however we choose to keep what they brought. I am happy as long as my kids are happy. And my kids were happy at the end of the day with their silly face and cupcake pancakes.

It's your normal chain IHOP restaurant! BUT I must say this location is the best one I've been to! My food was prepared nicely, our waitress was really sweet, and the restaurant was clean. You can tell it might have been short staffed but the service was great considering that. Anyway best Ihop in the city so try this location out.

It's just slow service. Waited all day just to be seated. Then the hostess couldn't even understand that there where 2 different groups of family's waiting. We had to tell her 4 different times that there was a group of 5 them a group of 3. All this after waiting for almost 10 minutes after telling a worker do we set ourselves since nobody came up to ask anything. This the second time the service was garbage where we barley made it to the table. Empty tables and all. I can't go somewhere that services people and it take almost 30 minutes for anybody even to set you or ask you anything. Will never go back or order from here.

This location is the worst. Not 1st negative encounter with this location. Management is unprofessional. Ordered online, but didn't receive confirmation. Proceeded to location. Was greeted by manager, who stated that they'd look into it. Sat for 30min. Hostess asked 2x if the manager addressed my issue. Hostess returned a 3rd time and informed me that I must have ordered at a different location. Manager never returned. Reordered from Gretna location and received all items.

Worst dang breakfast I ever had from here. Had the sampler and it was all cold. The eggs had runny sliced kraft cheese on it instead of the cheddar I ordered. It was so cold and I sent it all back. Instead of fresh pancakes, they warmed up the same ones I gave back to them. Crazy! How u think pancakes will taste warmed in a microwave!? Like rubber! How do you mess up breakfast!? And the checks after was a fumbling mess; didn't know who got what and we had to figure and just except a check though food item was diff but same price.
