First time I ever visited this location. I usually go to a different location after Sunday mass each week.
The server was very rude, very hostile & very unfriendly. I have no idea what his problem is. Will never go there again.

I went to this store today ( 02/10/20 ) in the morning time. The worst customer service ever! The woman who helped me was not attentive at all, you could say that she even looked angry and seemed to be bothered to have to make my order. It was scary to talk to her. ugly experience

The old lady uses the same gloves to do everything:
Making sandwiches.
Touching the cashier screen.
Taking money from customers.
That is just disgusting, I knew if I asked here to change her gloves she would give me attitude, so I just walked away.

Two Workers were counting money. I stand there for 10 minutes they didn’t even ask me what I need. I said excuse me to see if I could order they look at me and get back counting money. Couldn’t wait more because the bus was almost leaving. and had leave with no food.

Have to admit, extremely disapointed with how this location handled customers under stressful conditions. The individual working at the time informed me they were out of my first 2 options for sandwichs. When I asked for the "Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki but with turkey instead" since they were out of the Chicken Teriyaki... he said "We can't do that." After a few lines of painful exchanges he finally tried to assist me by stating we could make that type of sandwich but use chicken strips instead.... Then why couldn't we have just done turkey earlier???
After all of this nonsense he refused to take a coupon that was 2 weeks old.... I get it, it's expired... but after all that nonsense and being literally unable to provide me with multiple options... Couldn't you throw me a bone here? Jeeezz....
Very disappointed... For the record, the sandwiches were made well and the food was food.... but that was very poor high volume management.

Standard Subway outlet. The service is quick, bit there aren't many amenities in this place. Good for a quick bite or order, it feels better than Dunkin's outlet in the same place. More value for money and better healthy food choices.

Worker told me that he was having trouble finding gloves. Waited there fore 15 minutes as he proceeded to not attempt to find gloves but rather do anything else he could think of. Horrible service. Manager if you're reading this, talk to this employee.
