Food was nasty and a waste of money. My fish sandwich was hard as a rock onion rings cold and hard chicken sandwich cold hard. The only thing edible was the burger never ever eating there again. The worst part was they had more then enough time to make fresh food because we ordered threw uber eats. They just don't care. Don't waste your money. They should be ashamed to send food out to there customers like what was given to me.

Food's usually fine, if they're actually open. It's 2pm on a Saturday, and the drive thru's closed. Happens every time I use my work break to come here, I get here, and there's always a cone blocking the drive thru.

Just ordered a whopper meal. Burger was good but the fries were absolutely disgusting, no exaggeration. They were cold and either chewy like rubber or hard like croutons. If they were under a warmer they better check the temp. I would bet they had been sitting there since lunch.

Horrible customer service!!! The last two times I purchased food from this Burger King they have asked me to wait (I don't mind) first time I waited 34 min. I asked usmf the fries were hot the employee replied yes the they are, the weren't they were refrigerator cold. I had to wait 10 more minutes. 2nd time I only had to wait 10 min. I recieved my fries cold again. I tried calling to complain (store wasn't openers and a long line outside) emplyee was rude and hung up on me. Tried calling again and I was hung up on without them answering 3 times. They will not get my business agai .

You never get receipt unless you ask for one. Apparently they don't want anyone giving their location a bad review because they sure as hell deserve it . The help is not friendly and the food is always cold no matter what time of day you go there. The only thing that is cold are the soft drinks. If I could give them zero stars instead of one I would. The people that own this franchise should sell it or get out of the business altogether. They give the Burger Kiing locations that are run properly a bad rap.

Ordered food online and money came out of my bank account. Got to the restaurant and it was closed at 5 on a Friday night. Had to call the 800# to get a refund which is going to take 3-5 business days. I'm so irritated I could scream.

The lobby was filthy, which was obvious upon entry. After waiting about 4 minutes for the staff to stop talking and joking amongst themselves in the drive thru, I asked if I could place an order. I was told to "chill, bro. We're open allll day.", which begat another round of raucous laughter from his coworkers. At this point I left, dreaming of the day kiosks replace retail clerks at fast food joints. I won't be returning.

Ordered 2 number 8 meals. Spicy hand breaded chicken sandwich. Bottom of both buns was hard as a rock. My sandwich was very small. My son's sandwich had twice the meat that mine did. RIDICULOUS
