So a normal night pulling thought rhe drive through and then we go to order firstly they said that the taco bell items were not available then said they had to cook beef and it would take about 16 minutes.. then extended to 30 minutes. Their attitude was horrible and they made smart remarks many times. They are extremely unsanitary as they have no gloves on preparing our meals and eating 0/10 recommended

This location has horrible customer service and listening skills. My wife orders a 6 piece chicken strip and a 3 piece strip. We get 4 strips and a biscuit. Note that Taco Bell isn’t an option. Please just close this location due to bad customer service for the last 5 years.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!
It's like these people are going out of their way to #1 Destroy your order by giving you everything opposite. #2 I was their only customer in the drive thru and lobby too! #3 The food was likely a returned bag by another customer they got wrong.... Because the order I got was 100% ice cold... They even tried to rush me to order because "they're on a drive thru timer"
Literally no WAAAYYY I've ever had a worse experience than this.

Drive thru order few days ago, 2 grilled chicken power bowls. Got home 20 miles away, no cheese, beans, or avocado. Tonight ordered 2 more inside at counter, got home, no grilled chicken!!! Oh, employee trying to carry 100+ straws between his hands dropped them on filthy floor and I stepped on, were picked up and used at drive thru. I did tell the general manager about that as she was on her way out the door to go get straws from McDonald's. Now I understand the urgency to use the dirty straws. NOT!!!!!!

I wanted almost half hr to 1hr for my food that should of been brought to me in no more than 10 mins tops an then they just threw my fries and chicken in a box my fries were freaking cold and stale and chicken wasn't that great either and a chicken sandwich my son had and fries were junk I definitely won't be eating there for a very long time with s*** service and s*** food today

Caught this place while detouring and it was one of the nicest drive thru experiences. Food was spot on.

I really wish I could leave ZERO.
The customer service was Meh... the cinnamon twisted tasted like they'd been dipped in a chemical bath. They weren't fresh at all and that was my favorite Taco Bell treat.
The drive thru is always a chore to deal with; pack your patience because you'll be there awhile.
It's disappointing considering the food options are so few in this area. I wish they'd step their game up.
