Mcdonald's

I’ve ordered from this McDonald’s on door dash and I made it very clear I am highly allergic to onions and yet I still get onions on my Big Mac I’m just glad I looked before I ate it I tried to call multiple times and no answer this is an inconvenience to me I spent my money and made it clear that onions should not be on my sandwich in which the employees didn’t have any regard of it I could’ve had an allergic reaction

It was late night, the doors were locked, curbside was disabled, both drive through lines went around the building. There was only a few people working, two of which were on break out in their cars. As per routine, the milkshake/ice cream machine was broken.. but we could see it working from the pickup window after our hour wait. I'd placed a pickup order, but over half of it had to be canceled and replaced with less expensive items without any refund. Apparently this is normal, per family in the car who lived nearby.. one of which had worked there in the past.

Did a curbside order. Took forever to bring my food and drinks. Left out two orders of hot cakes and sausage. Never gave us any butter, syrup, plastic ware. Manager and the chick delivering the order had attitudes. Not my fault nor problem. I'm super straight on going back to thia location. The incompetence is real....

I went inside McDonald's in Lovejoy because the drive-thru was backed up! There were about 12 customers in line and about five people waiting for their orders, worst McDonald's service I've had in a long time! They did not tell you that the shake machine was down and they didn't have any ice cream. Took 17 minutes to get my order and I only ordered two double cheeseburgers, 6 piece nugget and a small fry! The manager was fussing because she only had one person on the table and the grill area everybody else was just on their phone and doing what they wanted to do. This is been a worst experience
