Mcdonald's

It seems this place just genuinely doesn’t care for its delivery orders. I understand that workers are in short supply during this time but it seems a bit ridiculous that who ever prepares these orders doesn’t double check that the order is correct and isn’t missing anything before they seal the bag. I’m not exaggerating, every single time I order from this location there is always a few important things. Just recently ordered two happy meals and a two cheeseburger meal, both happy meals weren’t there. You may want to rethink how your store handles delivery orders because it doesn’t seem that difficult to match the receipt with the items in the bag before you hand off the product.

Fries are best described as tasting like dirty socks. Quarter pounder tasted the same. The wait was crazy. Also, I ordered online and I've used the app plenty of times. Used some of my points to get a burger and they had me come inside to pay the extra $4 because my points were declined. If you have to eat with at this location I'd take the food out of their dumpster. It'll taste the exact same and you won't waste your points

So disappointing! Ask anyone, what's the best thing at McDonald's and the answer is usually ... fries! This time they were terrible. Overcooked and not salted. Say it isn't so! I think someone in the drive-through ahead of me must have asked for unsalted fries, hoping for a fresh batch and instead they just tossed the current batch back in the fryer to get the salt off! Maybe not, but those fries were truly awful. Add to that the extended wait AND the fact that at first they brought me the wrong order ... and it was enough to keep me from ever wanting to go back.

I feel bad because they’re short staffed but the staff that are there are nice. It’s a little discouraging that I ordered ahead of time on the app but it didn’t show on their end so I had to reorder at the drive thru. I hope the good employees don’t get too discouraged from what they have to go through.

This place is a disaster. My father goes here three to four times a week to get my mother breakfast. He had been doing this for the last three years and orders the EXACT same thing everytime for my mother. He also orders two or three breakfast burritos. If it is after 8:30/9:00am there is an ice cubes chance on the sun that they have the burritos. In his last 17 visits he has gotten burritos twice. (This is not an embellishment) On top of the burrito fiasco the order for my mother is messed up in some way 75% of the time. My mother gets the ham egg mcmuffin WITHOUT cheese a diet coke large with lite ice.. Wrong drink, wrong food, wrong size, cheese on mcmuffin, no ice, all ice. A bag with only a straw and napkins. (Not a joke I was the one who checked the bag) When you ask for the manager, you might as well talk to the clerk at 7/11 across the street because the McDonald's crew are oblivious. On Thursday March 17th, 2021 I found they had left two burgers and a fry off of my order so I called. When they answered the phone I asked for the manager. After waiting a short amount of time a manager answered in the middle of explaining the problem she hung up on me. I called back asked for the manager hung up again. Over the course of the next 15 minutes I called 30 times only to be hung up on 6 times and the rest went un answered. When I took my receipt back they told me that to many orders had went through and they wouldn't be able to confirm my order. These people suck at life

This friday me and some friends ordered door dash from this mcdonalds about an hour and a half before they closed. We waited and waited for the order to be prepared but no one prepared it. Our dasher later got there about right when they were closing to pick up the order and they basically said that our order was gonna be cancelled. Just overall disapointing considering how my belly wanted to be tummy yummy. I love this establishment but its employees in some locations are just overall LAAZZZYYYY.
