This location has the worst customer service ever. They never greet you upon entering and they're always on their phones. To make matters worse, they didn't listen when I ordered my sandwich; so I have to repeat myself(when I made myself very clear initially). The sandwich maker gets angry with me for their trouble in understanding me. Truly upsetting, because this is the only Subway in proximity.

The female cashier and the female sandwich working today felt like I requested too many vegetables on the subs I ordered, and they were talking about it as if I wasn't standing right in front of them. There were also several other people in line behind me who all heard them as well. This was rude and disrespectful for them. I will gladly spend my money at another sandwich shop like Firehouse or Jimmy Johns where they appreciate their customers.

Ordering ahead on the app doesn't seem to be helpful. When I asked why my order wasn't started/finished they said they will always prioritize people standing in line. Sandwiches are always good.

The egg and cheese flatbread was ok! The customer service could use some work. I ordered online and got there a little early and right away the employee said it's not supposed to be ready yet, so I didn't make it......soooooo, I'm thinking ok, well I'm here now and no one else is in the store. 🤷 Plus the order she had was not what I placed....technical difficulties! 🤦 I will try another location next time.

First time here, will make this my default location from now on even though I'm 20 minutes away from it. The employees were really polite​ and friendly. I'm closer to the Walmart location,but they're not friendly there and it's not really clean. This location was clean and the drink area was stocked. Definitely going back

I arrived at Subway to pick up my doordash order today is Wednesday August 28th 2019 I did not receive my order until 5:49 p.m. the order was for Brenda p.... took them 10 minutes to fix the order did not get the order until after the delivery time for the customer. Both kids that were working in the store had a very nonchalant attitude When I asked for the doordash order. First when I walked in and they never acknowledged me standing at the express line. Then when I asked the young white male for the order he told me he didn't know how long it was going to be because they have a long line of customers. I then asked him was that the procedure to service walk-ins before online Express orders? He lied and told me yes. I immediately called doordash and filed a formal complaint because this is not the procedure. This inefficiency and ignoring of proper procedure has caused me to get a bad rating and for the customer to have a bad experience. My suggestion to this store manager/ owner is to would be to stop hiring young kids to run the store alone.I have been in here when she is present to run the store and it was completely different when she is away. In addition to the poor service the young black girl told me the customer specifically called them and asked them to add 2 chips to the order me but they couldn't do it because the customer didn't pay for it again not the procedure the merchant has an option on their kiosk to add up charges for the consumer they simply did not want to take the time to complete for auto properly. She then allowed me to walk out of the store without the chocolate milk for the order because she never expressed that I would need to open the cooler to get the milk out myself. Again this is not the procedure. I had to go back into the store to get the chocolate milk taking more precious time. Horrible experience. this is one of the reasons that I go all the way to Coliseum Drive to the subway there to purchase my personal food.
