⭐⭐⭐⭐ 12/28/21 approximately 2:30pm short break for coffee and snack wrap. Great location, large, easy to navigate parking lot, clean well kept facility, open restrooms, friendly customer service and good food.

I’ve honestly never been to a drive through where I wasn’t ordering after a minute. I sat in this drive through for 5 minutes waiting for my order to be taken and when I said “hello” for the second time I was approached with an attitude. I thought drive throughs were supposed to be fast. Not only did I receive an attitude, they no longer were able to make me a medium iced coffee. I go here almost everyday. It’s been starting to tank recently. Not sure if I’ll be returning.

Customer service experience was non exinsistant. After the less than friendly woman in the drive through window gave us the wrong order, I stood inside behind one other customer to get our correct order for at least 5 minutes. Three people behind the counter and no one even offered to help her or me (the one that walked in with the Dunkin’ box, obviously to exchange). Ended up leaving it on the counter and walking out after the woman in front of me said they had yet to even help her. I’m all for being patient but not even acknowledging your customers is pretty lame.

Does anybody ever receive a correct order from any Dunkin? Avocado Toast wasn't toasted... hashbrowns were cold... donuts weren't in the bag... coffee is never made correctly... insane wait times... Inconsistent every time at every Dunkin within a 15 mile radius. Lost another customer.

Service is always so off. The employees need guidance. Ordering to delivery can take up to 15 mins. Frozen coffee machine always broken?! Service is terrible!!!

I absolutely LOVED this Dunkin’ when they first opened & the manager w the blonde curly hair was there. The coffee was amazing compared to other locations & the food and customer service was as spectacular!! But this location, in Folsom, has gone down hill over the past almost 2 yrs. I had to stop coming to this location in the past Bc my orders were always messed up and the food and coffee tasted disgusting. Lately, the workers (not all of them) act like asking for anything is an inconvenience to them. I have limited time to grab my stuff and I usually always order through the app. I drive a school bus so I can’t go through drive thru & was given an attitude early one morning when I stood near the drive thru window and asked if I should wait there to grab my order or if the inside was open. It was cold out that morning (I stood there for almost 5 mins before I spoke up to be acknowledged). I was told the lobby didn’t open til 7 but since that’s not posted I didn’t know. The coffee is hit or miss anymore. Sometimes I have to throw it away. Cups being filled up less than usual, coffee grinds in the coffee and the coffee just tasting like the cream is sour. Sometimes when I get food, it’s made wrong (not always). I’ve heard an employee talking about me while I’m in the store TWICE now (who knows how many while I walk out the doors). Very unprofessional. I’ve worked at Wawa in the past, for over 13 years. Started when I was 16. This is not how you treat paying customers no matter how annoying they may be. And because I have experience working with people and food, I try not to be “THAT” customer, but when things are done wrong, I’m certainly not gonna walk out and eat that $3-$7 I just spent in there Bc I don’t wanna bother anyone. The manager there now (or I assume she is) is very nice. But a lot of her employees need to be retrained on how to deal with customers and learn how to have customer service skills or go work elsewhere if they’re that unhappy and annoyed with customers.

Went inside and waited 5 minutes to be waited on. There was 4 employees and they only cared about the drive-thru. The guy taking my order seemed annoyed and got my coffee wrong, (Md ice coffee with Butter pecan creamer) what i got was plain ice coffee with no special creamer. When he handed me my drink he filled it up with so much ice I couldn't get the straw in. I'll do drive thru if I'm feeling brave.

Went there to order two drinks, 4 sandwiches, & 4 orders of hashbrown. Was missing 3/4 of the Hashbrowns & 2 sandwiches. Was asked to pull forward, so i did. After receiving a small bag, i realized some of my food was missing. I politely let them know what i was missing and was going to pay for 3 more Hashbrowns after seeing they didn’t charge me correctly. I received an eye roll, and a couple rude employees. I work in the fast food industry & am currently a manager. I would be very disappointed if my employees were doing this to my customers. After being interrupted when i was trying to explain that i was missing two sandwiches and was STILL going to pay for the 3 Hashbrowns, i had a younger woman come back with the bag of food shoving at me saying “here”. I tried to check to see if my order was accurate & instead of asking if everything was alright, i recieved a stare down of uncomfortably and I drove off immediately without checking my order. My order was still wrong. I pulled around, went inside and simply explained that my order was still wrong & asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t. I asked if i can speak to a manager and they proceed to let me know that there wasn’t one, took my first name down and i asked if they wanted my number so the GM can call me, she proceed to say no and i can just come in tomorrow. I understand that the understaffness along with the exhaustness to continue the business is mentally, emotionally & physically hard, but this is NO way of how to treat your paying customers.
