I give it three stars because I know it is better than this visit, never had I had a complaint until now. A familiar place for my coffee, breakfast sandwich and a donut. I was so disappointed with my food and after preparing it over it still wasn't right I got a refund. Overall I will try them again.

Having started from Naperville, Dunkin was our first halt for a shot of hot coffee. It was much needed for the headstart in this freezing weather.
Got our coffee pretty quick as the store wasn't busy, however, coffee wasn't good enough. Still, a long way to go (Gatlinburg).
Apart from that, clean store, sanitized restrooms, & good location.
Fast service, not at all busy.

I am simply addicted to the ice coffee with heavy creme. I always add a shot of expresso and low cal sweetener on the side. Adhering to a keto lifestyle doesn't allow me to indulge in my favorite drink in the world "iced caramel latte". 😋

At least once a week we pick up grilled cheese and a drink for a daughter. She loves them after school.

Updating. I'm impressed. The lady at the dtive through ordering thing was very polite and so was the young man at the window. He was full of enthusiasm and do friendly and polite. My donut was fresh. Hashbrowns a little burnt and coffee great. I have an oblique fx in my.left lower leg and am in pain and the friendliness of the staff today made my day. Give this young man a raise he deserves it. People being nice to people cheer them up! Thank you!

I've given this Dunkin way too many chances!! It's been 6 six-years of inconsistent service and unprofessionalism. The drinks taste like water and the food is subpar!! The ladies in there need to spend more time working, and less time talking.
