Inconsistent service quality probably due to high turnover and inexperienced employees. I've had good service and good food here before, but recently the service is atrocious. On my second last visit, I ordered a coffee and breakfast sandwich inside. Waited 10 minutes for my sandwich as it was busy, but my coffee never came. The lady making the food told me to go to the cashier to get my coffee. I went there and there was nobody in sight to tend to the customers in line or to make my coffee for 5 minutes. I finally got my coffee 20 minutes after ordering it. Today, my regular coffee smells and taste pretty bad. I'd rather skip coffee than get my coffee at this location.

Bathrooms were not well kept at the time we visited. Staff were quite busy, so I can't say that it is always dirty. Chances are they are understaffed, but they mostly do their best to accommodate. Our order was not 100% correct, but again, we went here during a busy spell. One staff member, a younger girl, was not very polite, and an older woman apologized on her behalf. It would be nice to see a positive attitude from staff when you enter the place. The food was delicious, despite the customer service, and for being on such a busy road, the employees are very good at keeping the line moving!

It's a very bad service, I did my order today and when I'm pick up she said you didn't order a coffee I said I did and it's first thing I order it she said no you didn't , I ask her i what to talk with your supervisor or manager she said she's not here then she said the supervisor at home!! I told her that is why you are doing like that .. Unfortunately, she weren't polite and I will definitely not go to this branch again , thanks manager be safe at your home

Usually would give 5 star but today who ever is serving at the drive thru at 1:58 pm today has a disgusting tone of voice and is extremely rude. We ordered 2 wraps in the drive thru but she only gave us one. We said we ordered 2 and she started arguing saying we only paid for one and we have to pay for another one. OBVIOUSLY!!! when we paid for the second wrap she threw down the debit machine.. SMH 🤦🏻‍♂️

My coffee tastes the same everytime I order one, and that cant be understated! Theyve also added a number of new sandwiches and wraps, most of which I've tried, not one can I say wasnt worth the price (especially when you use the app and get deals). A Candian institution, honestly I cant say anything bad about timmies even if I tried!

Horrible experience! I couldn't tap my debit and had to use pinpad. Their pinpads don't work properly and double the numbers of your pin....I told server this and she just looked annoyed. Compromised my pin due to this then had to go to the bank. I told her the pinpad needs to be serviced at least 3 times and she totally ignored me. Not impressed!
