Pizza Nova

Tonight I orderd pizza from pizza nova . I won't say what location ended up showing up at my Door . But I wasn't happy at all the delivery man was really rude and swore all well my child was standing there . Once I was inside and opened the box I could see it wasn't my order . I called and told them of the mistake and told them I wanted it fixed but would not be dealing with that location. I decided that I'd just go pick it up from the Queenston location. And all I have to say is wow you guys are amazing . You really took care of us tonight my 4 year Olds eyes light up when she seen the pizza . I really appreciate everything you all did for us tonight .

I have been ordering from here for about 12yrs now. Recently my orders have been delivered wrong or have been taking a hour on non peak times. Has the management changed or what because this is not the service it was. updated. My pizza came and it was semi warm if that. dry and cardboard , the worst \i have seen out of this location

ZERO STARS I ordered on Uber eats and was instructed to call the restaurant because it’s taking so long… I called and I explain my situation.. guy on the phone.. ITS OUT FOR DELIVERY!! And hangs up on me as I was speaking!! DISGUSTING definitely will not be tipping do yourself a favour and don’t order online here for delivery. I live very close by and it’s been more than 1 hour since I ordered Update: got my pizza, it tastes bad and they also only gave me one dip when I ordered 2! Money grabbers

The call-centre style ordering method is fundamentally flawed. Instead of placing my order directly with the location, I had to place an order through their website, which then proceeded to send me a confirmation email saying that my order was placed and would be ready for pickup in 20-30 minutes. Fast forward 25 minutes and I arrive at the location, only to find that my order WASN’T placed, as they were missing ingredients. Apparently the call-centre was supposed to call me to inform me of this. This didn’t happen, so instead, I wasted the time, gas, and journey through our random mid-March snow storm just to find out that I would have to return home to my family empty handed because there is poor communication from Pizza Nova, and their ordering system is flawed. No one at the location was willing to take responsibility for the mix-up as it “wasn’t there job to call me” about the ingredients missing. All-in-all, extremely unprofessional and unfortunately would not recommend.

I love how a guy who's only ever done one review (5 months ago) on Google knows the people who run this place by name. 1st warning sign of Google reviews!... As I post on many pizza places I have to say the "undercooked" reviews are very helpful. Unfortunately in today's greedy world there is no vetting on franchise owners! Worse still they have their friends and family do reviews to try and prop up not only their terrible businesses but also their unscrupulous business practices. Most of these places have the same type of owners and in turn the same terrible product. Maybe it's me but this is one reason I love Montreal, most pizza places are owned by Italians and Greeks who have been doing it for decades. Stick to what you are good at!! Cutting corners in service, toppings, and quality is not a recipe for success! It may earn you a few extra dollars at the start but it always gets exposed for what it is... GREED! In the end I'm happy to walk back out seconds after I walk in. Which is the main reason to never order takeout unless you are very familiar with the establishment. I don't pay a dime until I see the finished product.
