Five Guys

Took the kids, 10 and 6 yo, for some real burgers after growing impatient with them loving the McD burgers. They loved the burgers, not so much the fries though. They enjoyed their milkshakes too. I loved my bacon cheese burger. Thought the lettuce and toamtoes portion could be more generous to make me feel like I'm eating my veggies for the day. All in all, clean, good atmosphere. Very polite and helpful staff. Seems I'll have to go back in the next few days again.

Really five guys it’s second time that happened to me Five is my favourite one but can’t accept this anymore you have to choose your stuff wise First time what happened i asked for 3 Patty and they put only 2 patty And then today this happened I asked for cheese burger with lettuce tomato pickles and mayonnaise for my first burger and then asked for one cheese dog with pickles and mustard My other burger was cheeseburger plain and I also I asked for cheese dog plain I get this what I am gonna share in picture and before I take my order when got ready I asked the girl is it the one with plain cheese burger and plain cheese dog she said say I really feel sorry for five guys been so bad there is no option to give you no stars I have to put one at less that’s not all my order number is 44 there was people that they came in after me there number was 45 and 46 and 47 they used to know them they got the order before me I really feel bad about your stuff you have to make it better

Trash. Can't believe this place is led and ran by young adults who really have almost zero customer service. I came here on a lunch two weeks back, great place, asked for peanuts and was given it no problem. I come back because I was happy with the food, only to be told, "due to covid we aren't giving out peanuts"... okay before you consider this a laughing matter, this is not a rant on the peanuts... but you guys need to get your story straight, are you giving out peanuts or not? are you just being lazy? I look at the kitchen and all I see is a group of young adults who aren't focused on the customers at all and look like they're gossiping more than working... not only did my order take over 30 minutes to make... when I went to get my food at the counter, they forgot to make the drink... I'm not writing this review as an angry customer at this point.. I'm writing this to ask that you properly train your staff. I get it hard work is hard to find but this is no excuse. Your staff need supervision. Please improve.
