Fast service. They always get my order right even when I order a lot of food. The food is good and the staff is very friendly.

This specific location began to fall far behind. My order was constantly incorrect. I would be charged for items not ordered and have to go through a hassle for a refund. My family and I stopped going. We randomly tried again and Jeffrey has made a whole change in the place. My order was correct for the 1st time in months. Jeffrey was very pleasant and professional!

We was told that they didnt have any chicken cooked at the time and it would be a 30 minute wait for bone in chicken. We went ahead and ordered chicken strips so there would be no wait and when i got to the window to pay I was told that they didnt have any chicken strips cooked either and was told it was a 5 minute wait and told to pull forward. We set there for over 20 minutes while people that came after us came and went and all received food out the window. Finally i had to back up to the window in order to get my food and still had to wait for someone to see me at the window. We wont be going back to this location!

We went late and they were still very friendly and served us without hesitation. It was like 5 minutes before closing so most places would have ignored us till closing timr then sent us away so I really appreciate they didn't.

They would've got 5 stars but they have removed potato wedges from the menu at this location for some reason. And my last visit they was out of original recipe chicken, how does that even happen at a chicken place???

Skylar was absolutely delightful and (I apologise!) I forgot the other lady's name but she helped complete my order and she was just lovely too. It was definitely THE BEST experience I had with this store.

Friendly staff, clean interior and restrooms. The staff is very helpful for suggesting money savings for meal options. I came here with a sibling and witnessed the staff making suggestions to at least 3 customers that came inside to order to go, rather than through the KFC drive through.

The customer service was great. The wait for the food however was ridiculous. It was like they completely forgot we ordered and there were no other customers.

Fast food friendly people. I have never had a bad meal here. Whomever is at the counter greets you with a smile. Food is always fresh hot and tastes great.
