Culver's

Went through the drive-thru to get something to eat for myself & my sister. The flavor of the day was Turtle & I got a waffle cone for flavor of the day, plus a pot roast sandwich with a side of au jus (or gravy) because without that it can be very dry due to the bread soaking up all the juicy bits. I like their crinkle cut fries with their cheese sauce - perfect for dipping the fries into. My sister ordered a kid's meal grilled cheese & a flavor of the day, plus a strawberry milk shake & an orange Fanta soda. The milk shake was actually for her grandson visiting after his work day wanting something cold & delicious. The food was brought out to my car & it was warm, though they did have to bring one more item that was missed when bringing out the drinks & ice creams. Other than that the employees were polite & respectful. Oh & for a change this location finally made the flavor of the day just like the photo shown - creamy custard full of pecans, fudge & caramel. 😋

So the young man in the drive thru let me know he was short staffed so I knew I'd would be a wait. It really didn't take long consider the food is made fresh. Now this is not anywhere close to where I live which is forest park. I didn't make it home for at least an hour and half later i had a few more stops. When I tell you that was the best burger and fries and it was still with some warmth to the burger and the fries were still good. Now I went to fill out the survey to give the store its praises i can't. I keep getting an error and I have done with capitol and lower case letters and still error. Saying "error on the page" now I will try again to tomorrow but Good Job to the team that worked tonight. I will gladly come back out there just for your burger. And I know there is one closer 😏

Good food. Fast, friendly service. This location was very busy around 1to 2 pm on a Friday. But it is in a busy location in Mason, Ohio, close to many attractions, including Kings Island amusement Park. Overall a good dining experience. I have been to another Culver's restaurant before, in Michigan. That location was good also. They have GOOD chocolate malts!

We eat here 1-2 times a month. They almost ALWAYS forget to give us the extra fry that we order. And once a worker accused me of trying to get free food when I had to walk inside from the drive through because they forgot my chicken tenders. Still 4 stars though because the majority of the employees are kind. And we like the atmosphere inside and the large table for when we take our children inside.

I ate here for the first time and it will not be my last. I ordered a turtle sundae with no chocolate and extra pecans, a 3 piece cod fish dinner meal, and a spicy crispy chicken sandwich meal. The food was scrumptious! I truly enjoyed the fresh, light, crunchy cod fish, and the hot fries with coleslaw. If you have been thinking about eating here, don't wait any longer, try a delicious meal today. Now bring about $30.00 because that's approximately what I paid for a dinner for two. My bill was roughly $32.00, and definitely worth every buck. There's something for you to enjoy!
